The Virginia Tech Hokies Hot Air Balloon Spinners spin easily in a light breeze, and add both color and motion to your outdoor areas. The balloon has six panels, with the Virginia Tech Hokies logo silk-screened on each one. The tail, which hangs below the basket, has alternating school colors to make the spinning motion even more vibrant.
