Shipping & Returns


AlumniOutlet.com appreciates your business and will gladly attempt to work with you on issues that arise with your order. Items may be returned only with prior authorization. Contact us immediately if you find a problem with an item. In some cases, you will be referred to the product’s manufacturer for resolution of your issue.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except for where an incorrect item was shipped to the customer. In this case, the customer must contact AlumniOutlet.com within five days of delivery, informing us that the incorrect merchandise was received. As warranted, we may provide you with a return label to send back the item. Once the item is returned, a replacement unit will be shipped out or a credit will be issued for the full amount of the order if a replacement unit is unavailable.

At this time, Alumni Outlet only ships to the continental United States. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside this area will not be accepted and may be refunded in full.

If a customer refuses delivery of any item, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by this action. Once the merchandise is received by us, a credit may be issued to the customer's account less a 20% restocking fee of the value of the item and less all shipping and handling fees.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to report the issue so it may be investigated. Please keep all product packaging and the shipping box it arrived in. We may arrange for the shipping company to investigate or for the damaged item to be returned to us. Please note that a Damage Claim will normally take a minimum or 14 business days to be processed by the carrier. Returned items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which can be obtained from AlumniOutlet.com. Returned merchandise must be in the unused condition only. If the products have been used, no credit or replacement will be issued. Final determination on whether or not the product arrived damaged or was damaged after arrival will be made solely by AlumniOutlet.com. Once we have received the product and verified the item arrived damaged, we may attempt to send a replacement or to issue a credit to your account if replacements are not available.

Should the customer decide a product is no longer wanted after it has been received, in some cases the customer may return the product to us. Please contact us to see if your purchase qualifies. Returned items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which can be obtained from AlumniOutlet.com. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the item is received, a credit will be issued less a 20% restocking fee and less any shipping and handling fees. Returned merchandise must be in the unused, unopened condition only. If the product has been opened or used, no credit will be issued.
